Position Summary:

The Project Coordinator organizes, executes, and coordinate the projects events and administration work. This position will report to the head of PMO and support the project managers to comply the internal project standard. The Project Coordinator will have the exposure to join the global IT project implementation and work with different nations and culture in work place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the project onboarding process, ensure the internal compliance, contractual filing, and project site setup.
• Coordinate with finance for the project accounting, support the budget and expense tracking.
• Support PMO to implement the standard process, documentation, and project templates.
• Organize and coordinate key meeting and events, ensure the invitation, agenda, minutes and the logistics setup.
• Responsible for project status consolidation and the PMO dashboard update.
• Support project data analysis and prepare reports.
• Support the User acceptance test, helping to create test script.
• Assist the training manager to prepare user manual and conduct training.
• Follow up the project issues and the action owners for the status update.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation work.
• Support the vendor onsite process, ensure the administrate, safety and security.

Requirement:

• At least Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science or related discipline.
• Min of 4 years project coordinator experience in IT software industry, understand the project event setup, like Blueprint workshop, UAT & training.
• Familiarize with project management life cycle and project data analysis.
• Excellent in MS Excel & PowerPoint application.
• Experience in MS TEAM, SharePoint and OneNote is preferred.
• Understand the global work environment and flexible to support other time zones.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Senior Planning Manager.
• Responsible for Planning, monitoring and controlling of the Projects.
• Responsible for L4 schedule/MP Histogram/S Curves/RDC preparation.
• Responsible for the overall weekly/monthly progress report preparation and ensure that it is delivered to the Client in a timely manner.
• Review, Monitor & Analyze the project progress and KPI on weekly basis.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer
• At least 8 years of experience as Planning Engineer with scope of work in Marine or Oil & Gas Industry
• Experience using Primavera software, P6
• Excellent written and good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork

The Planning Engineer is responsible for the planning, scheduling, development of sub-programs/ tracking programs for construction operations.

Description

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Drawing up plans and presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams.
• Progress update against baseline throughout the construction process.
• Involve in coordination between sub-contractors/vendors/departments and anticipate labour / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.
• Producing monthly progress reports and support in progress claims.
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place.

• Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team / department.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in building / civil project
