Position Summary:
The Marketing Communications Executive at [Company Name] is a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about storytelling through various media forms. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Utilize photography and filmography skills to create high-quality visual content that enhances our brand's narrative.
- Design and produce marketing materials using the Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring all content is on-brand and meets our high standards for visual communication.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing strategies and campaign objectives.
Copywriting:
- Craft engaging and persuasive copy for a variety of platforms, including websites, email campaigns, social media, and print materials.
- Edit and proofread content with a keen eye for detail, ensuring clarity, coherence, and grammatical precision.
Event Management:
- Plan and execute events from conception to completion, including logistics, coordination, and evaluation of event success.
- Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring the best use of resources for maximum impact.
Project Management:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of marketing projects.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
Communication and Branding
- Uphold and convey the company's brand identity across all marketing initiatives and communications.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and apply best practices in marketing.
Marketing Strategy
- Contribute to the development and execution of the marketing strategy.

Qualification Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A minimum of a Diploma in Business, Mass Communications, Design/Film, or a related field.

Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated skills in photography and filmography, including editing and post-production.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop or Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro).

- Experience in event planning and management, with a portfolio of successfully managed events.
- Flexible with working hours, including the willingness to work odd hours and over weekends when necessary.
