DIRECTOR – REGIONAL TREASURY

As a Regional Treasury professional at Procter & Gamble, you will be responsible for managing the company's cash and financial resources within Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, regional banks, and regulatory bodies to optimize cash flows, maintain liquidity, mitigate financial risks, ensure compliance with regional regulations, drive treasury initiatives, and support regional financial reporting. Responsibilities of the role

• Cash Management: Optimize regional cash flows by developing and executing cash management strategies, including cash forecasting, cash positioning, and short-term investment strategies. Ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations, investments, and debt obligations within the assigned region.
• Banking Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional banks and financial institutions. Negotiate favorable terms, evaluate banking services, and explore opportunities for efficient cash management solutions within the assigned region.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks within the region, such as foreign exchange risk, interest rate risk, counterparty risk, and liquidity risk. Implement risk management strategies and financial instruments to protect the company's financial assets within the assigned region.

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to head the layer-1 blockchain engineering team at ParallelChain Lab. In this role, you will guide engineers through the intricate processes required to build and deliver breakthrough blockchain software. This includes designing, implementing, testing, and releasing such varied and mission-critical system software components as:

• State machine replication libraries.
• Sandboxed smart contract execution engines.
• Peer-to-peer networking libraries.
