Key Responsibilities
Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) & Learning Plan
· Conduct annual LNA exercise at organization, department and individual levels, including analysis of information relating to the development investment requirements from appraisal forms. Work with HRBP/line managers on development planning for staff. Collate annual training plan.
Learning and Development Administration
· Support the learning needs analysis process and learning plan formulation that fit the needs of the individual and business strategies.
· Support the learning requirements for employees by sourcing, developing and implementing learning programmes that equip TechnipFMC staff with necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their roles effectively.
· Work with line manager to customize/develop programmes to support line management requirements and conduct courses as appropriate.
· Co-ordinate and communicate learning programmes to ensure there is awareness of availability of learning events and encourage attendance by relevant individuals.
· Co-ordinate and organize country level programmes and maintain records of learning activities, investments and vendors.
· Manage learning venues, co-ordinate attendees and re-charge as required.
· Follow-up on progress and gather feedback on learning activities with trainer and participants.
· Manage reporting and records - Manage the reporting for investment and records that enable managers to have an accurate understanding of learning activities.
· Manage the effective use of Learning Management System
· Maximize grants opportunities
Technical Training
· Work with line trainers and SMEs to implement competency matrix and appropriate technical training as well as On-the-Job training. To support the management of the line trainer programme to recommend appropriate people, skill and monitor training standards and activities and ensure proper documentation of training records and materials.
Learning Effectiveness
· Compile and analyze data and prepare narrative and statistical reports of programme effectiveness. Manage the reporting and evaluating of learning programmes to enable manager and trainer to have an understanding of the effectiveness of activities.
ODT Operation Knowledge
· Ensure policies and information is accessible and efficiently organized.
Induction Programme
· Co-ordinate, conduct and facilitate induction programmes to enable new employees to become familiar with TechnipFMC’s business, policy and culture.
Career Planning/Succession Planning
· Work with Talent Management team and HR Business Partners/Manager to support and track the development programme/activity of top talents as identified during the Talent Review process. Support the implementation of career planning programmes, assignments, projects and company sponsored education in a systematic way, including putting in-place mechanism to gather feedback on progress and update of status.
Leadership & Supervisory Development
· Work with Talent Management team and HR Business Partners/Manager to support the development of our managers and supervisors by coordinating the implementation of leadership & supervisory development programme that meet the organizational needs.
· Deliver in-house leadership training.
Graduate /Internship Programmes
· Co-ordinate and support graduate / internship programmes managing records/data and relevant learning activities.
Budgets
· To ensure expenditures are recorded maintained on the database to enable the organization to meet budget requirements and seek opportunities to support savings.
· Support the preparation for budgeting process for training budget
Onboarding/Mentor/Buddy Programmes
· Work with Talent Management team and HR Business Partners/Manager to coordinate learning activities relating to onboarding programme and mentor programme.
Key Requirements
· Recognized Bachelor Degree
· Train the Trainer Certification
· 5 – 7 years relevant learning and development and/or HR experience preferred.
· In-depth knowledge of training management and practices
· Strong influencing skills and ability to work in a team structure
· Ability to translate strategies into realistic implementation plans
· Fluent in English
· Excellent communication skills
· Highly driven individuals with good communication and interpersonal skills and strong initiative to learn and grow on the job
· Hands on experience and knowledge of training and development practices
· Strong influencing skills and ability to work in a team structure
· Knowledge of LMS and E-learning will be beneficial
· Able to support audits, reporting and compliance..
