Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain IT peripherals, including backup and recovery processes.
• Perform set-up, installation, re-installation, or migration of IT peripherals.
• Manage the relocation of IT peripherals within the premises.
• Offer onsite support at clients' locations, along with remote assistance via phone and email, and standby support for IT-related requests from clients/end-users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Administer user profiles.
• Coordinate with other IT maintenance vendors to report problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Handle service calls and follow up until the issues are resolved.
• Install and configure software as per customer standards.

Working with colleagues in the IT Team, the IT Service Engineer will:

§ Provide deskside service to users; this includes diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues and escalating them to specialist teams as necessary.
