Create and maintain positive, collaborative, and supportive professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers. Develop own team through mentoring or coaching relationships. Analysis of multiple large NHS data sets, structuring data and establish data pipelines (e.g., using tools such as SQL, R or Python). Develop data visualisations in specialist software to produce insightful dashboards (e.g., using tools such as PowerBI or Tableau). To be responsible for leading the process by which clinical activity data is extracted and translated into the required format for import to the SLAM (Service Level Agreement Monitoring) database and to be used for Service Line Monitoring. About the role
Reporting to the Head of Support Services , the Estates Information Management System (EIMS) Manager will provide specialist support in information management within the EIMS and related systems. This will include:

• Leading and assuring the effective management of the EIMS
• Integrate continuous improvement in process design relative to the Estates data strategy.
• Deliver specialist support in operating the EIMS to meet the Operational model in Estates.

About you

Key to the role are stakeholder and relationship management skills, including the ability to manage customer expectations and provide user data feedback.,
You will be liaising with the System Delivery provider, the supply chain using the EIMS, the Framework contractor base, all Estates staff, as well as colleagues across the University who use the EIMS’ reporting functionality, as such you should possess effective communication skills

The EIMS relies on agreed workflows of how enquiries and incidents are allocated and actioned. This role will be key in deciding what routes are critical and need to be adjusted or improved as part of the continuous improvement of the system. A detailed understanding of the principles and effective application of an Information Management System in relation to the management of properties or assets within the Portfolio is therefore essential.
The ability to devise, develop and implement new procedures and Business processes in association with the Estates Managers and other stakeholders is also essential.

Manager - Business System Analyst

This role involves working with various business users to understand their needs for banking applications, creating solutions, and fix any system problems that arise.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the requirements of different departments like Banking, Finance, and Operations to create clear specifications.
• Develop solutions, test them, and help users during testing before putting them into use.
• Coordinate with the main office or external vendors as needed for projects or issues.
• Make improvements to the system, manage changes, and ensure they are implemented smoothly and on time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar.
• 5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis and software development, preferably in banking or finance sector.
• Demonstrated good coding skills and practices.
• Positive attitude, ability to work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with banking and data warehouse projects is a plus.
• Able to work independently but also in a team.
• Knowledge or experience in .Net Development, Python Development, Microsoft BI solutions, or data management is advantageous.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist the relationship managers of the MNC section as credit analyst in promoting business to subsidiaries of Asian multinational corporations, manage client accounts, and contribute to the profit goals and other business.

- Provide support to relationship managers in maximizing profits from Asian multinational clients for Mizuho Singapore and regional branches in Asia & Oceania and achieving profit goals.

- Support relationship managers in marketing to Asian multinational clients and originating domestic and regional business.

- Fulfill the necessary requirements for internal and external reporting, due diligence and other matters related to client accounts.

- Cooperate with relationship managers to execute credit transactions, and maintain credit portfolio with necessary research on clients, relevant industries and markets.

- Communicate with middle/back offices and other business partners to resolve issues and work to find solutions in consultation with relationship managers and section head.

Job Requirements

- A Bachelor degree with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate banking environment in relationship management support role

- Good interpersonal skills and self-motivated

- Display a good understanding of Asia markets, culture and business practices.

- Demonstrate good track record of excellent customer relationship management across corporate, multinational organizations.
