The Purpose:

As the CISO, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for AP+'s information security program. You will develop and implement comprehensive security initiatives, policies, and procedures to protect our systems, networks, and data. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, managing security incidents, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

In order to be considered for the CISO role you will need to demonstrate:

• 10+ years’ experience in risk management and information security in a technical environment

Primary Objectives of Position

Manage information security operation to ensure the safe use of information systems and assets as well as protect information assets against cybersecurity threats.

Manage various stages of projects in conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/ monitoring, and project closure.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain a sustainable information security framework that effectively addresses evolving and diverse cybersecurity threats.

• Perform risk assessments on IT systems, network and applications for vulnerabilities and implement security controls to reduce identified risks to an acceptable level.

• Hold management review and lessons learned meetings to help improve information security measures and incident handling process.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education / Qualifications

• Degree in Information systems or equivalent.

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience

• 2 years’ experiences in setting up and managing information security operations.

Knowledge/Skills

• Experiences in ISO27001 ISMS, CIS, and/ or NIST frameworks.

• Experiences in managing threat, vulnerability and incident, and understanding in digital forensic investigation, tools, and processes.

• Knowledge in security protections, practices, or solutions like Firewall, IDS/ IPS, network segmentation, DLP, WAF, NAC, WiFi security, cryptography, endpoint protection, OWASP, etc.

• Certifications in CISA, CISM, CISSP and/ or PMP will be an advantage.

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and other Windows and web applications.

Chief Information Security Officer for ISS Singapore

Reporting functionally to the Global CISO - Head of ISS in CACIB Paris, and hierarchically to the Head of ISAP, he/she is:

- CISO of Singapore Branch

- Head of APAC/ME ISS filière, that coordinates Information Security on the APAC/ME region.

He/She is in charge of assessing the Information System Security risks, and piloting necessary actions to remediate or reduce the risk, relying of local staff when it comes to ensuring local regulations are taken into account.

He /She plays a role in alerting and counseling and contributes, along with other actors, to ensure the global security of the IS in coordination with Head Office.

The Singapore CISO:

- Manages hierarchically the Singapore ITSO (IT security Officers), ISAP CLSi (part time), and “ISS Singapore filière” staff

- Manages functionally the ITSOs in APAC/ME countries

- Manages functionally the CISOs in APAC/ME countries when the function exists

- Manages functionally and coordinates the CLSi (Local Information Security Coordinator) in APAC/ME. His/Her main missions are:

- Contribute to the definition of the ISS strategy for the company and foster the implementation of this strategy on his perimeter

The Role:

Job Description:

• Participate in implementing Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), produce security solutions and security test reports, provide advice in patching vulnerabilities, and follow up with risk mitigation
• Evaluate the risk points of common application frameworks and develop security solutions to provide security support for each business line
• Embed security principles into the design of system architectures to mitigate the risks posed by new technologies and business practices
• Design artifacts, spanning design, development and implementation, into enterprise systems that describe security principles and how they relate to the overall enterprise system architecture

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, Engineering, or other related fields
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in cybersecurity-related positions
• Familiar with OWASP TOP 10 vulnerabilities, and have a deep understanding of the principle, utilization, patching and reinforcement of various vulnerabilities
• Familiar with the enterprise's SDLC process implementation, building secure SDLC for IT companies, and have been in-charge of secure SDLC for a large dev team
• Familiar with black box testing methods and paths, and able to independently complete source code auditing work
• Hands-on experience in security design checklist
• Familiar with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, PHP, Go, C, etc, and proficient in reading design documents and related codes

• Having been credited to high-risk CVEs for well-known projects

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for commercial finance & costing related activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Involve in reviewing actual performance against forecast. Work with business and operation teams to drive for cost initiatives and control.

· Analyzes cost variations such as Purchase Price Variance, Revaluation, backflush, subcontracting, RTV and scrap.

· Reports on material margin, MPV and inventory for the business unit as assigned.

· Reviews reports on excesses and obsoletes monthly and quarterly to reduce the inventory risk and claim management.

· Involve in new business introduction process by reviewing quote details, profitability, AR, AP and DII.

· Work with GBS Team to review and control for AR & AP to improve company cash flow and cash cycle metrics

· Ensure timely and accurate month end closing activities and reporting including preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation and variance analysis.

· Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, regulations accounting policies and procedure.
