Job Description
- Source and recruit top IT talent for our client companies
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles like software engineers, solution architects, project managers and more.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified active and passive IT candidates
- Utilize Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other sourcing techniques
- Develop long-term relationships with IT professionals and contractors
Required Skills:
- Minimum Degree in any discipline
- No prior experience is required as mentorship will be provided
- Resourceful, self-motivated and resilient
- Passionate about people - enjoy meeting and fostering a strong professional relationship with clients and candidates.
- Applicants with good track record in sports or other co-curricular activities in school will have an added advantage
