In the role you will be responsible for line management, with the service desk (1st & 2nd line analysts) team of 10. What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must have experience working at manager / team lead level across a busy IT service desk. Ideally, you'll have a hands-on technical background and be able to act as an escalation point where necessary (O365 suite). You'll have experience in day-to-day IT operations & management including conducting performance reviews and 1-2-1s, developing and leading on SLAs and KPIs across the team.
