Manager, HR & Admin
Job Description:
- Overall in charge of Human Resources (HR) and Administration (Admin) Department;
- Handle full spectrum of human resources functions that include implementation of HR policies, talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, performance management, employee engagement and any HR project;
- Direct the full spectrum of employee transitions from hiring, on-boarding, performance management, training and career development to exits;
- Review, develop and implement HR and Admin policies and procedures;
- Drive and implement process improvements to increase HR efficiency and effectiveness;
- Provides advisory role to all departments and Senior Management on the full spectrum of HR policies and procedures;
- Manage various aspects of office administration such as maintenance, leasing, office equipment, office stationery, pantry and interfacing with contractors, vendors and suppliers;
- Carry out other duties assigned by the Senior Management.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management with at least 8 years HR experience;
- Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities with the ability to think logically and strategically;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and organizational skills;
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment laws;
- A leader and team player, independent, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
