Responsibilities:
- Decision on participation in tender or submission of jobs proposal
- Writing, evaluating, negotiating and executing various contracts covering a range of transactions
- Maintaining correspondence and documentation related to contracts
- Communicating and presenting information to stakeholders regarding contracts
- Monitoring contracts and moving forward with close-out, extension or renewal of contracts
- Negotiating, analyzing, preparing and revising, the contracts as and when required until closure of the contract
- Liaison and maintain relationship between companies, employees, customers, vendors, and contractors
- Problem-solving contract-related issues
- Pre-contract and post contract profit and loss and cash flow projections
- Billings to clients – follow up on all payment certification on a timely manner
- Procurement Plan preparation/management
- Tender & documentation preparation
- Change Orders Management
- Continuous improving department handbook
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management
Support & Responsibilities
- Assist purchasing department in evaluation of suppliers
- Attend meetings at work site together with Project department
- Assist accounts department on collections of debts from clients
- Assist Legal & Administration department in dispute cases and arbitration proceedings with cost data and documentations
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Degree in Supply Chain/ Management, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
- At least 6-8 years of working experience in related field
- Possess in-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation skills
- Strong command of MS Excel for data analysis and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other office Applications
- Possess strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
