• Responsible for all matters related to shipping functions.

  Shipping Certificate, Invoice, Packing List, etc.) 
• Able to prepare third party documents (such as Form D, Chamber COO, 
  etc) 
• Liaise well with internal departments, carriers/ freight forwarders to 
  ensure smooth operation for import and export shipments. 
• Handle and negotiate freight rates / forwarding cost with related parties.

• Able to communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese is a must as you will be

• To be the liaison with Custom / MITI / MIDA on regulatory / exemption / 
  duties and shipment clearance issues, ensure all relevant reports are 
  correct and updated. 
• Meticulous, attention to detail and with good interpersonal skill.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

1.      Supervise daily IETS operation and performance.

2.      Perform daily and weekly water testing.

3.      Monitor chemicals and optimize the chemical treatment in IETS and equipment inventory.

4.      Conduct performance monitoring of IETS.

5.      Report and investigate any abnormality arising from IETS.

6.      Monitor and improve working instruction for IETS.
