• Developing product subject matter expertise to ensure engineering solutions are adhering to global design principals, uplifting user experience, and aligning with regional and global roadmaps.
• Providing first line application support by identifying severity and impact, resolving, or escalating to the owning application team, and providing accurate and timely communication to stakeholders.
• Identifying inefficiency and breaks in business process and systems through production support and translating issues to strategic uplift opportunities.

Basic Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Qualification in an engineering-related discipline, with a strong understanding of and experience in technology concepts and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) fundamentals.
• 4-8 years technical experience - application development, architecture design or technology project delivery, with a focus on cross-asset class products, trade flows, risk management, and regional regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills to distill complex issues – frequently working with incomplete information.
• Evidence of experience in risk management and preferably regulatory in prior roles – both critical aspects.
• Detail oriented with ability to communicate technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
• Track record of engagement with a diverse group of regional and global stakeholders.
• Commitment to excellence, a commercial mindset, and a desire to deliver quantifiable benefits.
