Significantly impact the experience of households and individuals interacting with CPS. Your mission is to optimize the user experience across key touchpoints in the panel member journey with particular emphasis on our mobile applications.
Onboarding touchpoints from advertisements over app store presentation, web portals to mobile applications in daily use with all panel members.
Have the opportunity to holistically apply your expertise: from research, concept creation over prototyping and testing to the design specification and continuous release and improvement along the lifecycle.
Count on our product, technology, and operations experts for support and strategic guidance while having freedom to test and iterate in a fear-free environment focused on progress.
Collaborate interdisciplinary following agile principles to impact key results including conversion rate, retention rate, and return rate.
You have...
Media or design studies or comparable vocational training with a focus on interface design or user interaction.
2-3 years professional experience working on end user applications.
You can demonstrate your personal or professional work by examples or a portfolio.
Knowledgeable about design thinking and initial experience as a deputy host in design sprint ceremonies.
Openness to actively conduct research and interact with our panel members.
Experience working with design & prototyping tools such as Figma and Lyssna.
Willingness to collaborate with others and shape ways of working.
Resolve to improve and shape a design system.
Fluency in English and ideally German.
