Responsibilities

1. Ability to independently configure the Workday system as the system administrator, and coordinate with HRIS team members and HR system business teams to support the projects, implementations and operations of Workday system globally;

2. Coordinate with HR system business teams, dive deeply into requirements to analyze and evaluate customer needs, and provide solutions;

Your new role

· Demonstrate the ability to calculate and identify bottlenecks in process flow and execute site budget management.

· Collaborate with the IT team and storage system vendor to troubleshoot system disruptions, ensuring prompt recovery.

· Lead the automation team in modifications of robotic system and continuous improvement projects.

What you'll need to succeed

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

· Minimum of 3 years in maintaining automation systems in logistics and e-commerce/retail industries.

· Familiarity with AutoCAD, WMS Integration software, and Warehouse control systems is advantageous.

· Proven track record in end-to-end project implementation for Robotics and Industrial Engineering.

· Experience with Automatic Storage and Retrieval System, and Warehouse Management System in a cold chain environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries from customers.
• Assist in student registration & movement, school cashiering and sales of books.
• Assist in class coordination including liaising with student/parents on update on class schedule.

Administrative Duties

• Ensure follow through on studio maintenance and student movement i.e., advancement, transfer, conversion, etc.
• Provide administration support to teachers to ensure that they can conduct their classes in a non-disruptive manner.
• Ensure completion of documents for daily collection/submission to Accounting & Finance Department.
• Perform data entry of teacher’s fee payment information into computerized system.
• Assist to follow up with student/parents on payment.
• Daily check to ensure that all main power switches are off during store closing.

Activities

• Assist in organizing events/activities such as graduation concert, outdoor performances etc.
  Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration.
• Candidates must possess at least 1-2 years’ experience in music school industry.
• Candidates possess with relevant experience will be considered for Senior position.
