Responsibilities

1. Translate briefs & creative strategies into creative concepts
2. Working on interior design projects from concept through to completion
3. To be confident and proficient in taking responsibilities for the design and coordination of simultaneous projects
4. Involve in preparing layout test fit to assist in feasibility study of projects
5. Prepare and produce Schedules and Presentations
6. Familiar with industry standard practices from SD, DD, CD to As-built
7. Coordinate and liaise with Architect QP to ensure layout compliance with authorities’ requirements
8. To coordinate a team and communicate ideas both internally and externally
9. Assist the team in explanation of design details to construction team
10. Working hand-in-hand with Clients, QS and Project Managers to deliver a seamless experience in design and project delivery

Requirements

1. Minimum a Diploma or above in a related field, preferably from a design or creative program

Position Summary

To be responsible for the daily operations functions including but not limited to orders processing, generating invoices and delivery notes, stock inventories, stock movements, custom clearance and all administrative support as well as routine office related functions.

Responsibilities

• To handle all internal and external customers’ queries and requests such as stock availability and costing
• To process purchase orders based on instructions received from various sales divisions
• To generate invoices and delivery notes with high level of accuracy
• To liaise with warehouse on delivery requests
• To investigate invoice claims and prepare credit notes as and when applicable
• To manage any sales returns / repair transactions as and when necessary
• To be responsible for custom clearance of all exports / imports
• To ensure accuracy of deliveries and the traceability of the deliveries
• To assist in perpetual inventory checks and to investigate any document discrepancies
• To ensure all stock movements are updated in ERP system
• To ensure compliance to the rules and regulations of all order processing
• To perform any other work as and when required

Requirements

POSITION SUMMARY

The primary role of the business manager position is to support the development of new and existing business, assists the director and manager in team operations and compliance for ITS in Singapore, ensuring product solutions meet market demands whilst following the strategic direction of the company.

We are looking for a driven individual who has business operations experience, technical expertise and sales management experience preferably in the biotechnology or engineering field and who is a self-starter and well organized. The candidate will plan, coordinate, prioritize, monitor and support company operations by maintaining office systems and efficiency. We seek an experienced professional to also lead the team to deliver positive cultural impact both within ITS and in our markets that we serve.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Business Development Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of overseeing overall business operation and assist the Director in day-to-day tasks in achieving business goals and strategic objectives.
• Plan, manage and coordinate all human resources initiatives which includes but not limited to employee relations, talent acquisition and retention, compensation, and benefits, learning and development, performance management, succession planning and industrial relations.
• Identify, track and update on business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Develop a business intelligence function to measure the impact and result of our business development efforts.
• Designs, drives, and maintains HR policies, business compliance, certifications, programs and procedures, and other related activities (i.e. talent management, relocation, compensation and benefit annual reviews, employee relations, company handbook, office policies, etc.)
