We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Wellbeing Facilitator to join our team. The post holder will be responsible for the training and delivery of a range of health and wellbeing intervention within our Wellbeing Strategic Plan that will improve the health of NHS colleagues.

The role of Wellbeing Facilitator has been developed specifically to provide support to our colleagues to improve their physical wellbeing and their mental resilience. The post holder will act as a wellbeing

• Develop short / long term partnerships with key stakeholders at each step of patient flow / product value chain (KOL, physicians, etc.).
• Collaborates with Health Systems and Market Access areas in special projects involving -public market access submissions, third party payer initiatives and selection of suppliers.
• Clarify objectives and timelines for Business Managers; ensure all stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities. Delegate tasks and responsibility to appropriate employee; match skills and abilities to maximize effectiveness.
• Provides leadership and coaching to the entire Business Unit team. Conducts annual and mid-year performance reviews with Business Managers. Ensures that the Business Managers conduct it with their direct reports, if any. Ensures that BU Managers receive appropriate feedback and support their development as required and agreed via My Development Plan and Career Conversation.
• Performance Management (coach, train and manage direct reports, reward, and recognize high-performers, and handle non-performers appropriately).
• Build critical capabilities required in team.
• Succession planning and hiring (define the right candidate profile, identify potential prospects to hire, develop and promote, proactively plan for expected changes, ensure succession for key positions).
• Collaborate with HR to lead and drive employee engagement activities to improve employee engagement scores.
• Maintain quality and work within ethical guidelines set by corporate. Implements and directs marketing and sales policies and procedures to ensure Compliance Code and Company Policies are followed by Astellas Pharma.
• Collaborates with General Manager on the planning, coordination, and execution of other assigned special projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years in ethical pharmaceutical industry and minimum 5 years’ experience in people management.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Solid experiences in both Sales and Marketing.
• Strategic thinking & planning skills with proven track record in driving sales to profitability.

As part of our expansion for the Southeast Asia team, we are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Officer with a focus in health insurance products to work in the Health Team.

Your job:

• Reporting to the Head of the Heath team, you will support In-Force Health clients by offering value services on their claims management processes, to improve their profitability and help grow the Reinsurance health book for SEA region. In particular by providing:

1. On-site, detailed, TPA audits, or audits of clients’ own claims management processes, and investigations into providers’ processes;
2. Investigations into fraud, waste and abuse in all three of the partners i.e. policyholders, providers and payers;
3. Support on managing real-time inpatient claims, including advice on pre-authorization protocols.
4. Benchmarking on providers’ and TPAs’ fees, against marketplace averages.
5. Consultations and advice on better ways to manage claims including advice on claims guidelines, network selection and management, primary care protocols.

• You will advise on, and support, the implementation of new solutions for clients in better claims management processes. This would include defining the execution model of such solutions including resources, expertise, products, digital / technology tools, and execution strategy.
• You will also support tenders by including discussions on bespoke value-add services for prospect clients, to support the growing MR SEA Health RI book.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics, mathematics, medicine or business administration, or similar qualification.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in client management and business development including managing health insurance, health claims or reinsurance business, preferably in SEA region.
• Excellent expertise and track-record in working across the full value-chain of health insurance – in particular health insurance operations including medical and claims cost containment, and growth strategies, product development and delivery, risk selection & risk management practices.
• Ideally experience working within a TPA or equivalent, providing strong familiarity with their typical processes;
• Knowledge of healthcare industry, health insurance data assets and its management, health insurance risk, technology, and emerging trends in health insurance industry.
• Competent in data analysis and handling large volumes of data, ideally in SQL or equivalent. Good grasp of Excel and numerical ability.
