The DevOps Manager will support the teams in building processes and structures to scale the business. Activities include establishing, executing and tracking processes to maximize deliver quality products to the markets to support business needs. Education and Experience Required:
Have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Network Engineering, technology management, or related field of study, and 5 years of experience working as Site Reliability Engineer or in a related occupation.
3+ years of experience running an engineering team
Knowledge and Skills:
7+ years of progressive software engineering, including 2 years as a team lead and/or people manager.
Ability to motivate, mentor, empower, organize and communicate across distributed teams.
Significant professional experience standing up infrastructure with Terraform or other infrastructure as code tools, building CI/CD pipelines, and containerizing applications with Docker
Deep expertise authoring automation using scripting languages such as bash
Track record deploying and supporting complex technical solutions across multiple applications, balancing build and run considerations.
Deep technical competency and thought leadership; flexibility to leverage existing proficiencies or adopt new frameworks.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $72,000 to $95,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Reporting into the Operations Director, The Regional Director will join our specialist Make Ready business. Churchill’s Make Ready division provides specialist vehicle preparation and station cleaning services within the Ambulance service which includes infection prevention control, technology, auditing and training. The Regional Director will drive the performance of the Make Ready operations. A natural leader and motivator, the Regional Director will provide close analysis of the business and production of operating strategies, with Full P&L oversight and compliance to maximise profitability.

This position reports to the Pharmacy Manager and is responsible for receiving, preparing and delivery of Rx accurately and timely. Ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet patient’s needs, and counsel with appropriate documentation to all patients. Provide friendly, positive and pro-active interaction with all internal and external customers as well create awareness and educate customers through public relations.
What you'll do
- Prepare, dispense and control medications accurately and timely to patients
- Ensure medication and over the counter supplements inventory levels is adequate to meet patients’ needs
- Counsel of patients in regards to new and additional medications in a friendly, positive and pro-active interaction
- Create awareness and educate customers through public relations (public health days, clinics, etc.)
- Provide timely and positive resolution to patient’s needs and Doctor’s requests/issues
- Review and control costs at all levels within Loblaw Pharmacy (dispensary)
- Provide on-going training for all new and existing Pharmacy colleagues (technicians, interns, students, IPG’s)
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license a must
- Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism
- Excellent leadership and performance management skills required
- Proven ability to build the business using community based marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving skills including the experience formulating and executing action plans
- Strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of Healthwatch and/or KROLL Pharmacy Computer system a definite asset
