Summary
The Location Assistant provides support as it pertains to the warehouse, transportation, inventory or general administration. This position is responsible for assisting in site reporting, payroll processing and personnel administration.

Summary
The Customer Service Operations Lead is responsible for assisting the management staff with leading and supporting the clerical staff. Job Summary

The Operations Supervisor plans, directs and controls driver scheduling, allocation, and dispatching and communication functions to effect economical utilization of driver facilities. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for driver settlements, DOT Violations and compliance, as well as building and maintaining customer relationships.

Essential Functions

• Sets schedules, routes and assigns drivers and vehicles

• Recruit and retain drivers.

• Submits recommendations for development of and compliance with transportation policies, procedures and programs

• Conducts continuous analysis of vehicle and driver assignments and analyzes scheduling reviews, and revises driver schedules to increase efficiency and to lower costs

• Recruits, orients and monitors progression of new drivers

• Responsible for driver performance, including training, discipline and termination

• Enforces compliance with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, and government regulations

• Maintains operation and maintenance of equipment and communication systems

• Other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements

• Should have the ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals

• Strong organizational skills.

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, clients and customers

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exits.

• Must have strong PC skills, written and communication skills, and customer service skills

• Must know DOT laws and violations, and OSHA requirements

• Must be flexible in hours.

• Experience with TMW system preferred.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required

• Experience- Prefer 3 years+ experience with dispatching or driver management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experience.

• To be responsible for the proper ordering for the Natural Foods department, which includes product control and product organizing;
• To plan for and merchandise displays ensuring effective presentation of products including organic produce, meat and bakery products to promote greater sales;
• To actively approach customer sin a friendly manner to promote Natural products;
• To recommend and sell Natural Foods and related products and services to customers;
• To maintain the desired level of inventory within the Natural Foods department;
• To hire, train, schedule, direct and supervise department staff;
• To ensure the overall maintenance, safety and sanitation of the department in accordance with Company standards;
• To perform other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

• Exceptional customer service skills

• The ideal candidate must possess health food experience with the proven ability to manage in a retail food environment;
• A degree in the health sciences field or completion of post secondary courses and/or graduation from a post secondary program directly related to the field;
• Experience in naturopathic medicine with sound knowledge in nutrition, homeopathy and herbal medicine are considered assets;
• Basic knowledge of organic produce, meat and bakery products;
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings and weekends;
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment, under pressure;
• Proven organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Due to the nature of this role you must be a registered Holistic Nutritionist
