• Assist in managing financial transactions, including accounts payable, general ledger entries, and cashflow management.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to optimize collections, ensuring timely payments from clients through follow-ups and issuing reminders/statements.
• Address collection issues, reconcile customer accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure the timely and accurate issuance of invoices and credit notes to customers, including uploading to customer portals.
• Generate sales reports, sales journals, and perform reconciliations to support month-end reporting activities.
• Regularly review aging reports to determine appropriate actions for handling aged debts and partial payments.
• Communicate and follow up on action plans with the team lead and local business unit Controller to resolve outstanding debts or disputes.
• Review and propose updates to credit terms and limits for new and existing customers.

Continuous Improvement

• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in the AR function.
• Explore and recommend technology solutions to improve processes while maintaining cost-neutrality.

Reporting to the Associate Director, the purpose of this job is to effectively manage accounts payable and receivable processes, prepare reconciliations and aging reports to ensure accurate financial transactions and reporting. As a part of a global team:

• Ensure the timely and accurate creation of client invoices and credit memos.
