Job Overview:
As a Key Account Executive at Stonehenge Surfaces Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our key accounts. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and project requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Responsible for sales collection and adhere to credit control.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for market penetration.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in surface solutions and related industries.
- Provide clients with in-depth product knowledge and technical information.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer support, to ensure seamless account management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, on the job training will be provided.
- Strong understanding of the construction and design industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Preferably Mandarin speaking candidates as role requires to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Possess own transport.
