How you will make an impact:

· Establish process to ensure the investigation of accidents and safety violations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions in partnership with cross-functional teams

· Perform data and statistical analysis in order to prepare and submit required EH&S reporting to management team and Corporate EH&S as well as publishing metrics at the plant

· Manage 3rd party contractors related to the EH&S aspects initiatives, the emergency response team and nursing office; Partner closely with HR on related issues and programs (e.g., disability, wellness)

· Drive sustainability and environmental related efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders and a value stream mindset and culture of continuous improvement based on lean and Six Sigma principles and EW Production System (EPS)

· Other incidental duties that includes ensuring high level execution and planning for the Annual Operating Plan

What you'll need (Required):

· Bachelor's Degree with related EH&S experience and skill levels exceeding the requirements of the Manager

· Demonstrated track record in operations management and experience working in a regulated industry
