The M&E Supervisor role includes the following tasks:
Job Responsibility:
Assist project manager in managing all M&E related works at construction site.
Liaise with subcontractors and client/consultants to ensure all M&E works are carried out as per drawings and specification.
Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
Where necessary, identify and recommend improvements in M&E designs and construction techniques.
Coordination of sub-contractors M&E work and ensure the work is on schedule.
Conduct M&E sub-contractors’ meetings and prepare minutes of meeting.
Monitor and keep record of all M&E works activities at site for reporting.
Assist QS in verification of M&E sub-contractors progress claim.
Liaising with government authorities when required.
Job Requirement & Qualifications:
Diploma and/or Degree in Electrical Engineering; or able to demonstrate the right level of technical experience.
1-3 years of related working experiences.
Familiar with M&E Equipment and materials.
Self-motivated and with excellent communication skills are required.

iv. Membantu menyelaraskan projek iklan SUHAKAM dan hak asasi manusia di tempat awam seperti stesen TV, radio, lebuhraya, dan pengangkutan awam;
v. Membantu menyediakan bahan promosi termasuk booklet, infografik, poster dan bahan pameran mengenai hak asasi manusia dan SUHAKAM.
vi. Merancang, mengembangkan, dan memproduksi konten video promosi yang menarik untuk produk atau layanan perusahaan.
vii. Mengkoordinasikan dan bekerja sama dengan tim media untuk menghasilkan ide-ide kreatif yang sesuai dengan strategi promosi SUHAKAM.
viii. Mengedit dan menyusun footage video menjadi konten yang menarik dan informatif.
ix. Memastikan video sesuai dengan brief, brand guidelines, dan target audiens.

Section 12 empowers SUHAKAM to act on its own motion to inquire into allegations of infringement of human rights, in addition to acting on complaints submitted to it. SUHAKAM, however, may not investigate complaints which are the subject matter of proceedings pending in a court of law or which have been finally decided by any court. Such investigations have to cease if the matter being investigated is brought before the courts.
Kelayakan:
i. Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia/Penilaian Menegah Rendah yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh Suruhanjaya;
ii. Mempunyai lesen memandu Kelas D/E/E1/E2/F/G/H/I yang dikeluarkan oleh Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan;
iii. Memiliki Kepujian (sekurang-kurangnya Gred C) dalam Subjek Bahasa Melayu pada peringkat Pentaksiran Tingkatan Tiga/Penilaian Menengah Rendah atau kelulusan yang diiktiraf dengannya oleh Kerajaan atau Suruhanjaya;
iv. Berkebolehan memandu, mengendali dan menyenggara kenderaan berkenaan yang diliputi oleh skim perkhidmatan ini.
v. Berumur tidak kurang daripada 18 tahun pada tarikh tutup iklan jawatan; dan
vi. Mahir bertutur dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris;
vii. Mampu bekerja dalam pasukan dengan pemantauan yang minimum.

The functions of SUHAKAM as set out in Section 4(1) are: to promote awareness of and provide education relating to human rights; to advise and assist Government in formulating legislation and procedures and recommend the necessary measures to be taken; to recommend to the Government with regard to subscription or accession of treaties and other international instruments in the field of human rights; to inquire into complaints regarding infringements of human rights. Furthermore, section 4(4) of the Act provides that regard shall be had to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948 (UDHR) to the extent that is not inconsistent with the Federal Constitution. This means that whatever rights and liberties not mentioned in Part II but referred to in the UDHR must be considered provided that there is no conflict with the Constitution.
