RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management of Procurement of Goods

• Regularly review cost out opportunities and ensure prices for goods are in line with relevant market rates, efficiently sourced, and procured in a way that creates the best value for the business

• Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing/Supply Chains, Business, or any related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, ideally in food sourcing/purchasing
