Responsibilities:

1. User Account Management.

• Create user AD accounts with email address
• Add/Remove user AD accounts in security groups
• Reset MFA for Microsoft Entra ID/Office365 account
• Creation of administrative/generic/service accounts in Active Directory.

2. Email distribution list management

• Add/Remove email address(es) in distribution lists

3. File Share Access Management for HQ users

• Grant/Revoke file access permissions

4. Print server and copier management

• Working with printers/copiers vendor to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to printers/copiers operations
• Implementing security measures to safeguard printer services
• Working with printer/copier vendor to conduct regular maintenance checks on printers/copiers

5. Generate reports and review for Account & Access Rights and Security Event logs

6. Health check / monitoring for Infrastructure systems such as Server OS, Hypervisors, Backup System, VDI etc.

7. Simple tasks for VM management

Requirements:

• A diploma in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 year of relevant work experience in IT with a focus on Active Directory management and user Account Management.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting to manage AD user accounts is an advantage.
