Job Description Summary
Basic Purpose
To enter inspection report data from NetSuite into the Fairfax PLUS system and reconcile information between NetSuite and PLUS.
Scope
This role will work with the Fairfax team to support the Fairfax Contract. The primary responsibility will be to ensure that inspection reports are accurately entered into the government database within 1 business day of the inspection being completed.
Reporting and Working Relationships
Fairfax Contract Manager
Primary Responsibilities (100%)
Data Entry (75%)
- Review inspections reports for accuracy and completeness
- Enter the inspection report information in the PLUS system
- Ensure all reports are entered within 1 business day
- Position will need to enter up to 100 reports in a given business day
- Dialogue with the field employees when necessary
Data Reconciliation (15%)
- Update data in the NetSuite System to match the PLUS System
- Notify Fairfax County when data in the PLUS System needs to be updated
Fairfax Team Support (10%)
- Support the Fairfax team as needed

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some Customer Service experience preferred
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, using an online calendar program, and NetSuite (preferred but will train).
- Must be able to draft and comprehend memos, letters, other correspondence and share information in one-on-one and group situations.
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as postage machine, FedEx and UPS, phone systems, copier, etc.
