• Engage stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather input and insights into process performance and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining the rationale for selecting the top processes for automation, including projected outcomes and benefits.
• Support the development of business cases and implementation plans for selected automation initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of automation projects to ensure alignment with objectives and desired outcomes.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements beyond the initial scope of the internship.

Major Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Provide expert advice to senior management regarding projects, policies and procedures involving analysis and reporting of senior school student assessment results.
Design, develop and present training programs, workshops, seminars and support materials for schools and stakeholders about senior student achievement data.
Provide individualised advice and support, including technical support, to schools and stakeholders about analysing and using student assessment data for improving student learning and identifying anomalies in student performance.
Lead analysis of assessment tasks and student work using extensive knowledge of Queensland senior syllabuses, student assessment systems and methods, syllabus assessment standards to provide quality advice to assist and support schools with data anomalies.
Provide expert advice to complex and/or sensitive written and verbal requests for information about student performance data.
