What you will do
OTC (Order to Cash) department`s responsibility covers all processes related to receiving, processing, and fulfilling customer`s requests for goods or services. ORDER to CASH department is continuously working on improvements and process enhancements to fulfill our customer`s requirements in the highest quality to ensure customer happiness.
How you will do it
Handling collections management for assigned branches, mainly by outgoing calls to customers before and after the due date of the invoice, combined with reminder emails and dunning letters on timely manner (in line with pre-defined collections strategy and established KPIs)
Determining reasons of non-payment from customer side, and properly codifying these reasons in the respective IT tools used for cash collections purposes, analyzing repeating reasons, and proposing remediation actions.
Registering customers’ disputes on IT tools with appropriate codes for the assigned portfolio of customers and submitting disputes to respective resolution owner and coordination for timely resolution as well as following up on disputes in customer portfolio.
Handling inbound calls from respective segments of customers
Processing customers’ refunds to customers in case of overpayments and other customer claims.
Supporting Cash Application teams by contacting assigned customers and clarifying allocation details for received cash as well as credit notes issued.
Supporting Cash Application Team in researching complex cases via account reconciliation.
Proposing write-offs, declaration to legal firm and/or submitting cases to 3rd Party Collection Team if cases are not collectable by early collections methods.
Support to release orders in related ERP + other tools if applicable and communication related to this task (communication with relevant counterparts, departments etc.)
Executing company collections strategies.
Supporting Credit Management Team, Sales and Finance in customer performance analysis or gather relevant documents needed.
What we look for
Required
2 years collections experience/customer service/sales
Dutch at C1 level is and English at C1 level is required.
Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive attitude – willing and able to work with minimal supervision/direction.
Flexible and able to adjust communication style regarding work with different audience.
MS-Office knowledge, especially Excel
Preferred
Secondary education degree or adequate professional experience focusing on Collections/Customer care / Sales.
1.5-year collections experience in multinational company is preferred.

What you will do

What you will do
Under general direction, responsible for the design, configuration, and operation of complete building control systems including fire, security, and other low voltage control sub-systems (i.e., lighting, nurse call, data networks, etc.) to meet the intent of the project requirements. What you will do
We are hiring a Market Cash Leader in our business center. This individual works in a multi-disciplinary team of other peers and is responsible for report development and preparation, analysis, preparing the input to financial presentations and other projects requested. The Market Cash Leader assists the Regional Controller and the Regional Management Team in driving business results (Trade Working Capital targets). Completes a quarterly audit on Accounts Payable to ensure we are not paying early.
Working with the Regional Cash Leader and Finance Director, establishes collection goals to achieve Trade Working Capital targets.
Identifies barriers impacting cash collections. Working with the Regional Cash Leader and Finance Director, proposes solutions including recommended training.
Reviews monthly financial results and business metrics for the region. Identifies issues and proposes corrective actions to the Regional Controller.

The Sprinkler Inspector II is responsible for meeting customer expectations while performing quality inspections, performing quality NFPA 25 inspections.

Vous savez faire preuve de flexibilité et d’adaptation face à un marché constamment en mouvement.
Vous maitrisez le Français et l’Anglais ainsi que la Pack Office/ Excel.
Idéalement, vous disposez de connaissance sur SAP Buiness One.

What you will do
Under direct supervision, tracks and provides direct support for the planned service agreement renewal process. Actively participates in accounts receivable activities such as collections and new customer authorizations. Provides back up customer call handling, as needed. Provides administrative, day to day support in the service operational areas.
How you will do it
1. May be responsible for the scheduling, tracking, and monitoring of the touch point plans and the contract renewal life cycle process with the account owners. Escalate issues to appropriate individuals for timely follow-up as required. May require direct interaction with customers for follow-up to secure purchase orders or to meet special invoicing conditions.
2. Updates the Service delivery plans as required by team.
3. Runs query reports, researches, and reconciles unaligned costs, such as labor hours, material purchases, expenses and other service-related transactions.
4. May prepare and submit service billings in a special invoice format as defined by individual customer account special handling requirements.
5. Reconciliation of accounts payable exceptions as necessary.
6. Researches, resolves, or escalates accounts receivable disputes as outlined in the escalation process. Works with Accounts Receivables contact to assist with resolution of truck-based team A/R issues. Determines appropriate actions for timely resolution. If needed, will interact with Customer to resolve receivable issues. Processes invoice credits and re-bills, as necessary. Proactively contacts customers ensure customer satisfaction and a commitment to pay.
7. Updates and retains customer account information related to special billing conditions, tax status, invoice approval contacts, billing addresses and special billing rates up to date.
8. Support inventory control process including updating equipment asset transactions.
9. Assist CSAs in resolution of warranty/SD warranty issues.
10. Provide additional service administration support, as required.

5+ years of residential / light commercial /commercial HVAC / mechanical troubleshooting experience.
