As a Higher Performance Analyst within the Migration & Borders Performance Team within PRAU, you will support the Second Permanent Secretary and Directors-General across the Migration & Borders Mission in managing its performance and accounting for the performance of the Mission to third parties. As such, your work will be visible at senior levels within the Department, and you will gain a strategic perspective across the whole of the M&B Mission and its activities.

Specific responsibilities will include:

1. Producing regular (typically weekly and monthly) cross-system performance reports covering the key work areas in Migration & Borders, covering key performance indicators for this part of the Department.

• Review, recommend, and advises on the priority ranking and submission of system change requests (SCR) and or the consideration of submissions.
• When database are out of alignment, independently takes corrective action that may require coordination with installation or higher level headquarters.
• Review supply management system instructions/developmental plans, proposals, specifications/requirements, and provides pertinent data, technical ramifications and advice to management, as a basis for determination and action.

Embedded Lending needs to onboard more partner to grow the business

Job Description:

• Initiate new partnership and collaboration with prospective partners
• Maintain day-to-day communications and relationships with top partners
• Maintain monthly loan submission from onboarded partners

• Bachelors degree in any equivalent field
• At least 3 years of sales / BD / Partnership experience in P2P Lending Company(ies)
• Familiar with P2P lending business and loan channeling process
• Good understanding of tech startup business
• Has positive attitude, comfortable with targets, and is self-motivated
• Experience in top tier P2P lending companies would be an advantage
• effective verbal and written communication skill

• To provide onsite support to students, staff and visitors of the college, resolving support calls within specific timeframes.
• To work within the Digital Infrastructure team to provide excellent ICT and related support, to ensure the continuous availability of ICT equipment.

Main duties:
• Carry out technical investigations into support calls and escalate to the Senior ICT Technical Analyst, as appropriate.
• Update the IT Service Desk system making sure that staff and governors receive feedback at all times on the progress of faults and changes to the system.
• Liaise with College staff to help gather further information in relation to specific issues and work as part of a team to resolve issues.
• Assist the IT Service Desk Team by exchanging faulty, broken and damaged devices using the onsite ‘hot-swap’ stock to ensure continued service availability.
• Provide assistance in coordinating the testing and installation of new third party software to the College ‘image’ in accordance with the change process for software, this will be approved by the Network manager.
• Log incidents on the IT Service Desk, when required.
• Provide asset and inventory change information when hardware/software is moved/deployed within the college.

Qualifications required: 4 GCSE’s including English and Maths at Grades A* to C or equivalent experience. NVQ Level 2 in an appropriate subject or evidence of working towards this qualification or equivalent.
