• Proven experience in research and development, with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders to achieve collaborative research goals in a timely manner. 

• Have successfully applied for research grants and executed projects based on grant funding.

Requirements:

• Degree in Optometry, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or equivalent.
• At least 5 – 8 years of clinical research experience with ophthalmology background.
• Prior knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
