Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and architecture.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce OMNI Studio, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Familiarity with the public sector solution and industry.
• Work closely with the client to understand their requirements and preferences regarding the UI built using Flexcards and Omniscripts.
• well-versed in OmniStudio to guide decisions related to the user interface (UI) transition.
• OmniStudio certifications is a plus.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.
