Your Key Responsibilities:
Deliver the Plan: A core part of the role will be working with each of the sales channels to ensure accurate forecasting is in place for the defined period. In-life performance needs to be tracked, and the sales team driven to ensure that their commitments for uplifts of intake are based on agreed investment levels.
Key Objectives:
Lead the team to drive sales forecasting and performance tracking across the sales channels, identifying and assessing initiatives that will ensure success and overcome barriers.

Interface and provide leadership and direction to the SCM as well as Sales teams, escalating issues where broader support is required for resolution.
Oversee the PSI process, and proactively coordinate the sell-in/ sell-out manipulation to the planning system.
Support and directly deliver against key business KPI’s such as; Month/ quarter end Revenue, ageing stock, sell-out AR, forecast/ plan commitments, channel inventory & WOS.
Handle & evolve the Sales Ops toolsets and automation, in order to provide business capability and insight for decision making.

Coordinating the on-time weekly implementation of actions across Sales and SCM.

Typical Activities:
Delivering the Management Plan
Daily management of the MX Management plan assessing volume and value, and driving initiatives to mitigate risk and exceed it.
Ensure the sales team has developed quarterly account plans, and they are compliant to founding commitments.
Proactively monitor forecasts to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
Commercial decision support
Work with the cross-functional UK team to develop, implement and achieve the commercial business plans, ensuring quotas are effectively allocated to all sales channels and resources.
Provide the appropriate level of challenge to ensure that plans are robust, stretching and achievable during their execution.
Provide insight, analysis and appraisal as required to support Day-to-day commercial decision making.
Sales Process Optimisation
Proactively find opportunities for sales process quality enhancements, and prioritise opportunities for continuous process improvement.
Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
Information Management
Create and maintain tools that provide insight and enlightenment from Sales data to support quality decision making.
Own and monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales and other intelligence reports essential to the sales organisation decision making.
Recommend revisions to existing reports, or assist in the development of new tools as needed.
Prepare ad hoc analysis where necessary (e.g. scenario planning)

Lead credit risk across a portfolio 1000+ customers in a business experiencing significant growth and annual revenues of £3 billion plus. You will personally have ownership of c.300 customers which are mostly international.
Manage the Vendor onboarding and credit assesments of these in line with HQ policies.
Build effective relationships with senior Finance management (up to FD level) at Samsung’s key customer accounts. Understand significant changes/events that impact customers’ financial strength (e.g. changes to capital structure, changes to terms of borrowing facilities, acquisitions, disposals etc.) and evaluate the impact on Samsung’s credit decisions. Present conclusions to UK Head of Credit and FD and acquire their buy-in to high profile credit decisions.
Be confident in underwriting “own risk” credit decisions. Prepare detailed analysis of the customers’ business and financials to support such decisions.
Work with UK Sales team to proactively identify potential issues ahead of time (e.g. customers nearing credit limits, customers with deteriorating creditworthiness) and address them appropriately.
Liaise with Sales and Commercial functions to understand business direction and requirements (e.g. new product launches, entry into new markets). Resolve and implement strategy and plans to support business requirements.
Find solutions to meaningful issues, for example, where Samsung is pursuing growth in market sectors facing economic difficulties.
Provide reports to senior management analysing market economic conditions and trends, customer health profiles etc. Recommend appropriate action and implement.
Work closely with Accounts Receivable team to provide support on credit and risk issues.
Work with the Head Office credit risk team ensuring provision of reporting, analysis and information as needed.
Undertake analysis of financial documents and payment history in order to assist in reaching accurate conclusions.
Evaluate and recommend system changes to improve risk monitoring, be knowledgable in risk modelling tools and formulas.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $154,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
HNC (NVQ Level 4) or Degree in Electro-engineering or equivalent highly desirable
Experienced logical problem solver with ability to work independently
Experienced in carrying out corrective and preventative works for Imaging Systems devices and equipment desirable
The ability to process knowledge across multi-modality and diverse product ranges
Recognize new technologies and adapts to daily challenges
Deliver high levels of customer service
Competent in IT/Network diagnosis/system connectivity/Remote service desirable

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $74,750 to $138,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Position Summary
This role is part of SEUK MX division and will have a key part in ensuring the efficient operational management of within the SCM function. The role will work within a team of SCM specialists responsible for managing the day to day SCM relationship with a number of key accounts. To be responsible for the demand management in SCM for the Mobile division with specific focus on category management which could cover any of the following categories, memory, NPC, Wearables, SMP, Tablet
Supporting commercial team to deliver sales targets by accurate forecasting, execution and collaboration
Analyse business performance with outlook on risks and opportunities
Be the subject matter expert to provide recommendations and improvements on internal projects and discussions
Coordinating weekly / monthly sales planning collaboratively with other functional teams and to support the commercial team to meet sales targets by bringing the optimal stock in on time.
Ownership of sell in forecasting in collaboration with Sales and Product Management with follow up input in to GSCM.
Planning accurately to manage optimal channel stocks in order to meet agreed targets (PSI management)
Submission for month end revenue target (Sokbo) and manage mid/long term forecast for target planning with PM (Shillheng)
Charing SCM Day meetings and provide analysis on business performance and flag critical issues. Summarise actions for the week to be reviewed.
Build strong relationships with HQ and factory contacts for 2 product groups. Communicate regularly for business directions and supply updates.
Liaise with 3rd party logistics company regarding inbound/outbound including securing booking slots.
Collaborate and manage expectations with internal contacts such as functional heads, PM team, commercial team and BSD
Able to step in and represent for other demand planning managers during times of absence or assistance
