Responsibilities

• Post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards
• Administer recruitment tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
• Schedule candidates for HM interview
• Draft job offers for selected candidates
• Prepare and initiate new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met
• Contact new employees record in workday and prepare onboarding sessions
• Update applicant tracking systems or systems of record as applicable
• Provide logistical support to job fairs and careers events

Requirements and skills

• Experience as a recruitment coordinator for minimum 1 year
• Holder of CEI-Certificate of Employment Intermediaries
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within deadline
• Solid knowledge of general recruitment best practices
• Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
• Ability to use psychometric tests and other assessment tools
• Familiarity with recruitment through social media, especially LinkedIn
