• Ensure all indirect purchases needs of company is being fulfilled based on user’s needs.
• Review Purchasing strategy periodically with Management to propose change when market trend changes.
• Provide periodic alert and updates to customer (internal/external) to ensure any issues/delays are promptly highlighted and necessary actions are taken.
• Manage warehouse team to ensure timely receiving/issuance of raw materials.
• Manage warehouse team to achieve order fulfilment requirements specific to all customer shipments.
• Ensure overall inventory integrity of all goods in warehouse.
• Any other task/project assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering qualification or equivalent with minimum 5 years relevant experience

About the Role

구매관리팀은 회사의 구매 거버넌스를 확립하고 전략적인 구매를 기획 및 진행함으로써 회사의 성과에 기여합니다.

구매담당자(Sourcing Professional)는 전략적인 구매 전략 실행 및 협상을 통해 합리적인 비용으로 우수한 서비스를 제공 받을 수 있도록 합니다. 또한, 그룹의 구매 지침을 바탕으로 국내 상황에 맞게 적용하여 구매 리스크를 낮추고, 지속적인 프로세스 효율화를 담당합니다.

1. 전략적 구매 계획 수립 및 계약 관리

- 구매 전략 수립 및 절차 진행 (마케팅, 컨설팅, 광고 등)

- 구매 절차 안내 및 관련 승인 진행

2. 공급업체/거래처 관리

- 시장 동향, 산업 트렌드를 조사하여 적합한 공급 업체를 선정하고 협력 관계 유지

- 주기적인 업체 관리를 통하여 Vendor Pool 최신화

3. 구매 시스템을 통한 계약 관리

- SAP ARIBA CLM(Contract Lifecycle Management)을 통해 계약 관리

- TPM(Third Party Management) Process에 따라 적시에 계약 갱신이 되도록 유관 부서 지원

- SAP Vendor Master 등록

- 시스템 매뉴얼 업데이트

4. 구매 관련 업무 지원

- 그룹의 구매 관련 기준/규정/지침을 국내화하고, 구매 절차를 준수할 수 있도록 안내 및 교육

- 금융감독원 등 관련 기관 보고 자료 작성

[자격요건]

- 최소 2년 이상의 구매 관리 경력 (2~5년 경력자 선호)

- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) 활용 능력

- 분석적 사고 및 긍정적 커뮤니케이션 능력

• Network Optimization and new lanes deployment through Economics and Service Performance analysis
• Reporting on key Transportation vendors on Power BI
• Identify cost saving opportunity through price negotiation, developing alternate source/materials, global consolidation and etc.
• Support Transport Team across Europe assisting on new transport solutions

What you bring

• At least 3 years of experience in Transportation/Logistics Networks
• Strong analytical skills
• Proven results in delivering Power BI tools
• Advanced communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills for working with global stakeholders.
