Develops relationships with customers, remaining well-informed about the customer’s relationship with the bank
Educates customers on standard consumer products and digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings, all designed to make banking easier
Assists branch and fellow team members with basic tasks to aid in customer problem resolution
May conduct outbound phone calls using generated customer and prospect lead lists to educate customers on emerging technology and assist with meeting their financial needs
Refers customers to an internal team of experts when more complex financial goals and needs are recognized
Follows all bank processes and procedures and adheres to applicable laws and regulations, including completing duties delegated and assigned by the Branch Manager; as a member of the branch team, ensures sound banking practices, including managing, identifying and reporting operational risks
Achieves branch targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate guidance and perspective about Regions’ solutions
This position requires the tracking of time for hours worked in excess of 40 per week and is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

About This Opportunity
This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven, pro-active individual to join our Markets and Lending Delivery team as a Xceptor Software Subject Matter Expert.
Using your extensive knowledge of product life cycles in the Markets space, you'll design and build the optimal solutions to automate manually intensive activities within Xceptor.
You'll support with the collation of business requirements, solution design, planning, and leading the delivery of the solution into business activities. You'll demonstrate great deployment practices and be responsible for helping to define and build front to back solutions whilst adhering to governance controls.
Working within a highly productive team, you'll provide technical and practical solutions to support the automation of post trade activity to increase scalability and efficiency. This will be performed against a backdrop of control improvements, moving detective controls to preventative, and closer to the activity source.

Primary Responsibilities

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $190,000 to $209,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.

About this opportunity
You'll join the Pricing Model Validation team which covers valuation models for Lloyds Banking Group. The team is responsible for the independent review and analysis of the derivative pricing models used for valuation and risk.
Responsibilities:
Develop and benchmark pricing models in an independent code library using either C++ or Python.
Provide theoretical analysis and review of pricing models across asset classes understanding the mathematical models used and their implementation methods.
Perform qualitative analysis and stress testing of pricing models used for pricing and/or risk calculations.
To model the annual review for pricing models.
Undertake algorithmic trading validation work to be complaint with MiFID regulation.
Undertake trade surveillance validation work to be complaint with FCA regulation.

What you’ll need
You must have a numerical or statistical background (evidenced through a higher qualification to at least Masters level in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics or Finance, or via demonstrate commercial experience in a quantitative role.)
Experience of working in a Model Validation or Front Office Quant role
Programming experience in C++ and/or Python
