Summary:
Flowserve is looking for a resourceful, motivated Sales Support Representative to respond to our customers’ inquiries regarding parts, pricing, and service needs for our control valves, isolation valves, and supporting equipment used in industrial settings including refineries, chemical plants, and power companies.

Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries about price quotes, discounts, parts availability, order status, etc., with a solid understanding of commercial terms, the terms of existing contracts, and the process required to set up new accounts.
Process orders, quotations, change orders, shipping modes, etc. accurately and quickly. Demonstrated ability to expedite orders with other departments and vendors.

Help provide alternative options for supplying unavailable products and services. Work independently and accurately to complete projects.

Resolve Accounts Receivable issues, with the ability to assert specific terms and apply credits and discounts as required.

Maintain current, accurate, organized records.

Role Summary:

Role Summary:
We are looking for a payroll professional who will be responsible for our Northern European locations sitting in our Budapest office. Their duties will include: payroll preparation and processing, vendor management, completion and tracking of ongoing data audits and maintenance and design of process documentation. The ideal candidate has in-depth payroll experience, understands WorkDay reporting, has regional/local statutory reporting knowledge, collaborates with different departments easily and possesses a continuous improvement mindset.

Payroll process
Ownership and responsibility of the end-to-end payroll processing of the assigned countries
Preparation of monthly payroll runs in cooperation with the payroll vendor
Accurate collection, reconciliation, and transmission of all input data to the payroll vendor according to the agreed payroll schedule and legal deadlines
Clarification of input data, collaboration with HR, Finance, Leadership and IT

Role Summary:
The Sales Support Representative (SSR) is the primary point of contact for the customer and collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and other departments to respond to customer inquiries. The position works with the Sales leadership team in driving key initiatives and helping the Flowserve to achieve its goals and maximize sales bookings and opportunity pipelines. The SSR will use data as a strategic asset to provide decision support, accurate planning of sales quota forecasting, and sales productivity reporting and efficiency analysis.

Partner with Site Hubs to drive quotation performance within region, and across the aligned product sites, while fully leveraging quoting tools for prioritization, quicker cycle times, shortened parts delivery times, and minimization of rework.
Generate high quality, on time, value priced proposals to facilitate order fulfilment.
Manage and monitor the proposal throughout the entire bid cycle including updating and maintaining designated workload management tool, while monitoring hit-rate optimization.
Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of pump applications and types, a clear understanding of parts, programs, and processes to best drive solutions to our valued end user customers.
Identify and develop key actions in partnership with sales leadership team required to achieve forecast accuracy, addressing gaps in performance, preparation of QBR data analytics.
Maintain current, accurate and organized records of sales training, organization charts as well as other critical pieces of information needed to manage the sales engagement.
In collaboration with Sales leadership team ensure continuous improvement projects are executed and delivered to meet objectives.
Receive in and compile weekly sales reports.
Support 30 day/ quarterly sales forecast and monthly outlook processes.
Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently and be a team player with a global mindset and approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
Excellent organizational skills, able to establish priorities and work to specific deadlines with little supervision.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
Vocational (MBO) Degree in relevant field and 3-5 years relevant experience
Industry experience related to pumps/rotating equipment.
Experience with customer relationship management in the power generation and utility industries.

Role Summary:
The aftermarket commercial operations application engineer is responsible for supporting the efforts of the sales team internally by supporting repair projects, upgrades and equipment selections for the engineering market and key customers in the oil and gas, petrochemical, general industry, power and water sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with Sales, Operations and other functional stakeholders to promote the best interests of the company;
- Support project management on complex requests and high-value assignments
- Prepare high quality technical-commercial proposals within the constraints dictated by stakeholders, using designated workload management tools and processes. Prepare/estimate costs and calculation memos applicable to the process.
