We are looking for a qualified Customer Service Leader who are expected to perform the responsibilities, duties, and tasks given in the following job description:

Responsibility :

• Monitoring customer service and consultants on following up with sales and leads generated via exhibitions, retail outlet, walk-in/ call-in inquiry and e-Shop.
• Allocate workload and job segregation to each of the teammates.
• Perform group lead responsibility: communicate business information to the team, coordinate cross-coverage during employee absences, help the team resolve customer supply issues and ensure job instructions are consistently followed.
• Coordinate the team members’ efforts in addressing supply issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Responsible in monitoring customer service handling customer complaints & problem-solving.
• Initiate training development plan and organize necessary skills for all customer service.
• Set and monitor service quality objectives and process improvement. Drive the team’s efforts to implement.
• Review a weekly and monthly reporting on departmental performance Sales KPI (up-sales).
• Lead the team members to manage back-order against customers’ deliveries to ensure no backlog and failed delivery.
• Ensuring code of conduct and proper adherence to documentation procedures in relation to daily operations.
• Develop order processing and other customer service team procedure in details to ensure knowledge capture on order processing.
• Set and evaluate Performance Appraisal to customer service.
• The Customer Service department is required to co-operate with Marketing, Retail, Warehouse & Logistics, Technical, and Accounts department daily, Customer Service Manager required to make sure company policy and regulation are always followed.
• Make sure SOP is in place for customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience, experience in the industry of Home Products and Electrical Appliances is preferred.
• Candidate must possess a minimum of a Degree, Diploma in Business, Management, or related field.
• Good oral and written skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
• Possess own car transport.
• Demonstrate strengths in leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Cheerful outlook and confident collaborator.

Our client is a medical vendor who have been supplying medical devices and consumables to public and private medical healthcare services hospitals/organizations for over a decade in Malaysia. They are in need of a Sales Administrator for their office in Sunway Damansara (PJU3) in Petaling Jaya area. This is a permanent position with working hours 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
About the job
This position Sales Administration & Customer Support Officer is not a sales job. Rather it is to be part of their sales service team providing administrative support role within the office. Candidates who aspire for this role must be some one who is enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for customer service as the role will entail interaction with customers on regular basis.
The duties
Reporting to Sales Manager, the position is permanent and is office bound position where the incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative support role to sales and service activities. This role is critical to providing customers with timely and dependable support for delivery of product orders and services.
Main job responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day customer inquiries on company's products and services.
-Providing administrative pre and post sales support to sales team on daily activities covering customer orders, quotation and billing.
-Processing of sales orders and all associated administration.
-Generate and Processing of customer orders.
-Manage the fulfillment of sales orders.
-Attending to general sales support for the field sales team in developing new business.
-Coordinate and Liaise internal departments to ensure deadlines are met.
-Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Candidate requirements
The successful candidate must be a female in age group 21-30, possess at least a Diploma qualification in Business or equivalent and would have at least 1-2 years of similar experience in sales support role in your previous work experience.
Profile/Attributes:
-Female preferred; service oriented person.
-Minimum qualification: Diploma or STPM.
-At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
-Experience of employing a high level of initiative and self motivation to achieve service standards.
-Strong communication and people management skills.
