GENERAL FUNCTION:
The Financial Center Manager will participate in a comprehensive, customized on-boarding and education program. This includes rotations in Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred and Sales & Operations Management. The role will provide a robust learning approach for successful candidates to prepare for a Financial Center Manager role. After successful completion of the training program, the FCMA role will be placed in a Financial Center.

The role will drive analytical insights, reporting and process improvements that result in revenue generation, great customer & employee experiences and operational efficiency. The analytics lead requires in-depth data & analytical understanding, coupled with an understanding of the business context of the channel, and proven people management, change and strong leadership.
Technology & data understanding will be critical to the success of the analytics lead. Acquiring, integrating, leveraging and democratizing new/existing sources of data that underpin our customers, employees and channel effectiveness will allow the role to contribute significantly to the strategic evolution of the channel. Putting data, analytics and insights in to the hands of business leaders so that insights & decisions can be made through self-serve visual analytics reports & tools will be a key focus, while at the same time providing analytics consulting and expertise to help the business uncover and act on insights will help advance our collective analytical capabilities. Extensive experience in self-serve BI tools like PowerBI, Spotfire, SSRS, and others is a key asset as a result.

Primary responsibility for this position will be that of the servicing of current Bank relationships resulting in efficient delivery of deposit account and other bank services, introduction to cross sale partners and active portfolio management.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

Leveraging direction from Senior Manager, Quality Assurance, continue a culture of continuous improvement built on measured outcomes and key controls and quality metrics in alignment with business stakeholder needs, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and departmental goals and objectives.
Tactical execution of various QA efficiency improvement initiatives maturing QA disciplines, governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Identifies and implements opportunism for continual process improvement while leveraging synergies across QA teams in alignment with Application Services goals and objectives.
Build and mature relationship with leaders in 3rd party vendor partner roles ensuring communication of standards, metrics, expectations, and alignment on timing of business outcomes.
Accelerate the strategic execution of Quality Assurance in CWB through automation, secure code testing, and broadening the scope of capabilities and applications in the QA portfolio.
Position strategies to drive a culture of rapid through modernization of tools, capabilities, process, standards, and governance frameworks.
Through strategies and plans, identify and realize cost efficiencies through QA resource structure, tools, and practices.
