RESPONSIBILITES

• To perform follow up on potential deals and customers.
• Daily sourcing of leads or new sales opportunities. 
• To liaise with R&D team closely for customers’ enquiry. 
• To arrange food presentation, food testing or customer visits for potential, new and existing customers. 
• To achieve monthly sales target discussed and set by management team.
• To provide solutions to potential, new and existing customers. 
• To maintain a good and healthy relationship with potential, new and existing customers.
• To track orders, trace production and trace delivery on your sales. 
• To proactively follow up payment and collect payment. 
• To perform after sales service to existing customers. 
• To conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, and report to superior. 
• To submit weekly sales report to superior.
• To draft and prepare any relevant documents (e.g. Sales Contract, Non-Disclosure Agreement etc) as well as new customer account opening. 
• To fully commit in any sales related process. 
• To arrange quarterly sales meeting with Sales Team and Managing Director for review and discussion.
• Any ad hoc task by superior or management. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least 2 years of F&B sales manufacturing line experience. 
• Ability to speak, write, and read in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. 
• Possess Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, Power Point) skills. 
• Possess own transport, able to be prepared and attend for events during weekends. 
• Passionate in F&B manufacturing line and eager to learn new things. 
• Punctuality.
• Proactive and independent team player.
• Willing to take challenge. and a positive thinker
• Multi-tasker, and able to work under pressure in order to achieve sales target. 
• Aggressive in achieving goals set by management.
• Willing to work after ordinary working hour (If needed only). 
• Working Hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)

INCENTIVES

• Fixed monhtly allowance (RM500 - RM700). 
• Commission entitlement (0.5% - 2%). 
• Basic salary negotiable, depending on education qualification and working experience.

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the smooth operation of the hotel
• To be fully aware of the hotel’s emergency procedures with regard To safety of guests and employees
• Responsible for handling requests and complaints from guests
• Ensure that all employees are constantly updated on accurate hotel information
• To Ensure the front of the hotel is clean and tidy

Job Requirement :

• Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality Management / Hotel Catering with 3 years'
  experience inclusive of 2 years' experience as Front Office Supervisor / Guest Service Assistant OR
• SPM holder with 4 years' experience inclusive of 2 years' experience as Front Office
  Supervisor / Guest Service Assistant

Job Scope:

Production Scheduling

• Create and maintain comprehensive production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
• Consider production capacities, lead times, and resource availability.
• Optimize the allocation of resources, such as labor, equipment, and raw materials, to meet production targets.
• Ensure that schedules are realistic and achievable within the given constraints.

Inventory Management

• Keep a close eye on raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory levels.
• Implement systems to prevent shortages and excess stock.
• Develop strategies to minimize waste, especially with perishable ingredients.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely and efficient use of materials.

Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer demands, expectations, and special requirements.
• Align production schedules with customer needs and market demands.
• Communicate production schedules and any changes promptly to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain open lines of communication with production teams, procurement, and management.

Capacity Planning

• Regularly analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance production planning and overall operational effectiveness.

Job Requirement：

- Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management, especially in food or bakery manufacturing.
- Familiarity with bakery production processes and challenges related to perishable goods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, sales, procurement).
- Essential knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards for ensuring food safety.
