About the role
As a Crew Resource Planner your role requires you to co-ordinate of all aspects of flight crew and/or cabin crew roster production whilst balancing crew satisfaction, fairness, productivity targets and operational robustness. You will also be involved in planning crew training in accordance with regulatory and company policy and procedures.
Reporting to the Manger Resource Planning you will ensure rosters are published on time and compliant with all industrial, regulatory & company policies. In addition, you are required to manage the annual leave management system for all crew members ensuring leave acquittal is managed.
