Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of all electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems
• UPS
• FCUS
• Generators
• Air Conditioning Units
• BMS
• Ahus
• Chilled Beams
• Passive and active chilled water circuits
• Reactive maintenance
• PPMS

Requirements:

• NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
• 18th edition
• Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)

ASAP start Fabric Engineer needed

I am currently looking for a Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join a dynamic team of 5

Location- East London

Salary- £36,000

Shift- Mon-Fri, 8:4:30 (40 hours per week)
1 in 4 on call £150 retention payment

Looking for a plumbing or carpentry qualification, or alternatively lots of FM experience in a similar role. Carrying out routine fabric PPMs and reactive tasks.

Looking for someone with a good attitude, willing to learn and potential for upskilling.

Duties:

• Painting
• Decorating
• Tiling - walls and ceilings
• Basic carpentry
• Drainage & flushing
• Door repairs
• Handle replacement
• Changing locks
• Fire alarm testing
• Changing lights

Requirements:

• Qualification in Carpentry or Plumbing
• L8 awareness training
• Experience as a multi-trader/fabric engineer in commercial environments
• Happy to work independently for long periods of time
• 17th/18th Edition (not essential, but desirable)

Electrical Maintenance Engineer

I am currently assisting a leading FM service provider with their ongoing search for electrical maintenance engineers (with multi experience) to work on a new contract in Central London. The contract is split across two commercial sites a stone throw away from each other.

• Salary £40k-£43k (dependant on experience & qualifications)
• Old Street, Central London
• Monday - Friday with plenty of overtime available

Responsibilities:

1. To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
2. Conduct preventive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of electrical equipment and systems, including: UPS, transformers, Circuit breakers, distribution boards/panels and HVAC power supply.
3. Reactive and breakdown works to all mechanical, electrical systems
4. Collaborate with the wider team to carry out electrical projects, upgrades, and minor installation works
5. L8 water treatment

Requirements:

1. NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship

2. C&G Level 2 Qualification in Mechanical / Electrical - with Experience

3. Training Formally trained in electrical/mechanical maintenance

4. 17th/18th edition

5. Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)
6. Plans to grow and climb the ranks in a company
