Responsibilities

• Able to create CAD drawing as per requested.
• Control and monitor drawing progress as per schedule.
• Liaise with engineers, main and sub contractor or consultant to get detailed      information to ensure smooth progress.
• To make sure all the drawing are ready for submission on the dateline as per requested. 
• Assist in the quantities take-off when requested by superior.
• Assist in printing and compiling documents when requested by superior.
• Ad hoc task by superior.

Requirements

• Posses a minimum of Diploma in Architecture / Drawing Technology or equivalent.
• Have knowledge in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project skill is an advantage.
• Experience in Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) is an advantage.
• Fresh graduate are very welcomed!

• Lead group brainstorming/concept development sessions
• Lead and inspire creative teams to develop innovative design solutions, from broad concept development through implementation
• Provide clear constructive direction on content and design solutions
• Lead creative and production teams to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and articulate design principles and guidelines for implementation
• Set and manage client expectations regarding design process and deliverables
• Ideate, craft, and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives, or goals

• Extend client relationships and explore new ways to deliver value

• Present, share and review creative work with CCO, Account Management and Planning Leads as well as members of the Management Team
• Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze, understand and document development requirements of electronic designs.
• Design and implement electronics design by selecting components, schematic design and supervising PCB layout as well as integrate and test the hardware platform.
• Conduct product verification against defined hardware specification, prepare design documentation and support design transition to manufacturing as necessary.
• Assume technical lead role in project as necessary to provide the technical direction, technical decision and risk mitigation.
• Identify opportunity to improve within the functional team and participate in improvement activities.
• Create and maintain BOMs of the new designs.
• Select new electronic parts, taking into consideration: obsolescence, availability and cost.
• Liaise with project manager and a cross functional team to produce prototypes.
• Perform design FMEA to reduce risks of performance failures.
• Create & maintain technical documentation (schematics, specifications, performance, and bring-up reports)
• Work in a team for continuous development and improvement of products / parts / firmware.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or related fields
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful design projects and expertise in user-centered design
• Proven experience in leading and managing design teams
• Expertise in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Technology, or a related field
