Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members
· Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary
· Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures
· Supervises the recruitment of all staff and support personnel
· Oversee special projects and track progress towards company goals
· Plans, develops, integrates and manages all business and administrative support systems
· Work closely with accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses
· Administers grant and contract management activities
· Responsible for strategic and tactical planning
· Identifies appropriate internal controls for department; provides mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance
· Extensive management experiences in multi-cultural working environment are preferable
· Strong work ethic and desire for continuous improvement as a team member
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and minimum five years related experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
