As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the liaison between outside sales, partners within the organization, and existing customers. You'll be responsible for managing customer orders, communicating with customers regarding out-of-stocks and substitution options, strengthening customer relationships, utilizing e-Commerce technologies, scheduling exception deliveries, determining credits for customers when appropriate, and more! We invite you to lead a team of high-performing, results-driven outside sales representatives, where our customers' potential is personal.
As a Non-Commercial Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for the following:
Leading People
Hire, develop, and retain staff, creating robust succession plans and developing the next generation of leaders
Identify goals and objectives, provide regular and candid feedback through evaluations or coaching sessions
Developing Business Plans
Develop sales targets for individual sales representatives
Understand areas of customer focus, including Sales Building, Staffing, Profitability, and Compliance

Visit key existing and future customers
As a Non-Commercial Sales Manager, you’ll learn:
