The Corporate Communications (Senior) Executive will be responsible for developing the Company’s brand corporate communication strategy as well as managing the brand’s visual identity. The incumbent will support the development of initiatives related to internal branding, employer branding and corporate brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Identity Design & Management

• Coordination of the design and execution for all corporate materials, guidelines artwork templates and creative communication materials including EDMs, presentations, reports, training materials, packaging, videos and corporate marketing materials for the Charles & Keith brand
• Manage vendors for accurate and efficient production of materials
• Maintain the brand visual identity guidelines and ensure that it is constantly accessible to all business units

Internal Communications

• Planning campaign calendar of online platforms e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn and the acquisition of followers
• Partner with Group Talent Success and Sustainability teams to develop communication strategies for various internal employee engagement and employer branding campaigns
• Support internal communication for the Group, planning and developing engaging content and activities to build a feeling of community among Charles & Keith employees

CSR and Corporate Volunteering Programme

• NGO search and partnership for the group to support our Group commitment towards women and children
• Plan and implement monthly volunteering programme which includes event execution, management of volunteers and charity partners
• Measure the impact of volunteering programme versus company goals and SM engagement

Corporate Brand Communications

• Support the development of all communications and initiatives for branding and corporate needs for the Group
• Collaborate with various business teams to ensure brand strategy and visual identity are understood and upheld

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Design Communications, Business, Marketing or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in corporate communications
• Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into engaging designs
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Strong organisation and time management skills to manage multiple priorities

Reporting to the Director (Maritime Connectivity Solution), the primary job responsibilities:

• Recommend, identify and devise Business Development Plans and Sales Strategies for the Satellite Subscriptions (Airtime) Team, in alignment with Business Unit’s Objectives, to ensure profitability and growth in sales revenue.
• Connect and discuss with identified customers to understand their needs.
• Prepare and present quotations / commercial proposals in order to follow up on sales matters.
• Work with the Product Manager to create high quality proposals for the customers, while aligning to customers’ needs.
• Provide pre-sales assistance and after-sales support to customers.
• Implement and execute all business plans, while aligning to our corporate goals, to achieve sales performance target.
• Liaise closely with the Technical Manager to ensure efficiency in the sales and delivery of systems and services to the customers.
• Work with Network Support team on customers’ enquiries and maintain the relationship with existing customers.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Director (Maritime Connectivity Solutions).

Other Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in telecommunication, electrical engineering.
• 4 - 8 years relevant working experience with good sales track record.
• Good Sales network in the marine industry and knowledge in Maritime Satellite services will be an advantage.
• Experience as Ex-Radio Officers, are added advantages.
• Good customer contacts withship managers/owners will be an advantage
• Possess excellent business acumen, communication & presentation skills.

SUMMARY

Represent the quality function of technical support, in conjunction with other internal support groups, regarding issues affecting manufacturing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Develop and maintain QA plans and process routings, which reflect intended/actual activities.

· Provide support for all quoting activities by participation in initial process design, development, and implementation phases.

· Evaluate and support inspection processes via inspection aids and instruction guidelines.

· Support all training programs by development and implementation of specialized training sessions for all applicable functions.

· Conduct periodic review and maintenance of all documentation files; develop appropriate systems for document storage and access.

· Review all supplier or customer discrepancies. Coordinate and track the corrective/preventative action effort.

· Provide trend analysis of defects occurring at the customer, supplier and internally.

· Participate in the vendor survey activities as applicable.

· Drive proactive participation with suppliers and (when possible) aid in their process improvement efforts.

· Interface with all departments as applied to the Policies and Procedures with special regard to ISO, EN4600 and GMP documentation.

· Support and focus corrective action efforts and utilizing the SPC data and corrective action tracking package and create and implement any meetings, procedures, or team-building concepts as necessary as part of the corrective/preventative effort.

· Serve as liaison between Jabil Circuit and suppliers or customers on quality related issues.

· Improve technical support for the quality organization.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
