Qualification Requirement (Technical & Experience)

• Minimum Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related disciplines with 7-10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in people management
• Experience in drafting and editing articles for various platforms (publication, marketing, eNewsletter, press release, social media, etc.)
• Preferably with copywriting experience, particularly in advertorials
• Demonstrates an affinity for digital content with proven success in identifying viral stories

The scope of work includes:

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key media publications and journalists
• Manages all media pitches and engagement activities, including organising of press briefings, interviews for senior management and development of press materials

To meet the challenges of this role, you must have/be

• At least 8-10 years of proven experience in public relations and communications in an agency or in-house setting. Related healthcare sector experience is a bonus
• Experience working with senior management team and able to translate and deploy management goals into actions

• You will play a pivotal role in fostering effective change management on Empathy and Customer First culture within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing internal change management strategies, managing bankwide change programs/events, training programs, driving engagement initiatives, and crafting compelling success stories and use cases. Responsibilities:

1. Change Management:

a. Develop and implement an internal change management strategy that aligns with Culture program and enhances employee engagement.

b. Create compelling content for various internal change management channels, including newsletters, intranet, eDM, and announcements.
