JOB DESCRIPTION

· Engage clients to determine their needs and to ensure fulfillment

· Conduct market research and gather data analysis

· Arrange the venue and oversee all event details, including the invitee list, special guests, equipment, cuisine, entertainment, transportation, location, and advertising materials

· Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations

· Assist Publics Relations and Marketing department to promote and publicize event

· Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes

· Research market, identify event opportunities and interest generation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma in any field

· Prior experience in the events industry will be an advantage

· Results-oriented, ambitious and positive working attitude
