Requirements:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
Extensive experience in software development, with a focus on blockchain technology, distributed systems, and decentralized applications (dApps).
Strong technical proficiency in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, Filecoin, Solana or Polkadot, as well as related frameworks and protocols.
Proven track record of success in technical leadership roles, including team management, project delivery, and strategic planning.
Deep understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and tokenomics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
