We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account cum Admin Executive to join our team. Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.
• Oversee office administrative tasks, including managing schedules, correspondence, and supplies.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding, record-keeping.
• Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
• Handle general office duties and provide support to team members as needed.
• Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to address financial and administrative needs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
• Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Serve as a resource for financial and administrative inquiries, providing guidance and support as required.

Qualifications :

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5 or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (3 years++) in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• To market industrial hire purchase product to existing customers and new prospects.
• To conduct site visit and Know Your Customer (KYC) on new applications and
  make recommendations with sound credit judgement to credit department.
• To ensure assigned cases are followed up timely and ensure completion within
  stipulated time frame.
• To develop and maintain good business relationship with existing and prospective
  customers and suppliers.
• To conduct ongoing review on existing customers and assist in collections whenever required.
• Plan and carry out more marketing activities to achieve the target in term of volume amount and number of clients.
• Achieve sales and profit target.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Commerce or any discipline.
• At least 2 years of working experience in marketing of hire purchase products or any other related financial products.
• Knowledge of current hire purchase market trend will be an added advantage.
• Strong initiative and desire to exceed sales target.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Good marketing, sales management and analytical skills.
• Possess own transport.
• Strong competence in Mandarin language would be an added advantage as the position role require to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and counterparts.
• Fresh graduates with drive and keen interest in a marketing career may be considered.
