Responsibilities:
Sales Excellence
Work with senior management to
• Develop the Sales Strategy and plan in consultation with the senior Management to achieve short-term and long-term sales objectives
• Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities to generate sales revenues that achieve or exceed sales target.
• Identify, respond, and solve business issues for clients and provide win-win solutions that add value and achieve client success.
• Identify, upsell and cross-sell new opportunities to enhance sales pipeline.
• Deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to customers and business reviews to management
• Manage accounts effectively throughout the sales cycle – Prospecting, Business Development, Deal Confirmation and Post-Sales Support.
Market Opportunities
Work with the marketing team and business development team to
• Analyse and identify strategic and new market segments.
• Align and implement local market sales strategies with marketing direction to maximize sales opportunities.
• Monitor competition movements and market trend and develop sales strategy to capitalize on sales opportunities
Coaching and Collaboration
Work with Sales team members
• Lead and manage team to implement and review the sales strategy and plan.
• Coach the team to raise their sales consultative techniques, internal operational standards, technical and product knowledge.
• Manage sales team review meetings to strengthen cross departmental collaboration and needed support
• Build and strengthen sales team’s networking with external business partners and key stakeholders to enhance sales lead and opportunities
Technical Expertise
Personal growth and technical expertise
• Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge to effectively engage in business discussions with clients across industries, and to co-create feasible solutions to address any of their engineering concerns throughout the selling process.
• Contribute to the strategic and critical thinking to support and sustain the rapid growth of the organization.
